Campus Dining recognizes that departments and student organizations may need to advertise events, and Campus Dining venues provide an ideal space for advertising to customers. In order to facilitate this process, Campus Dining has implemented a process for requesting advertising opportunities in our facilities.  

Digital Signage Policies

Campus Dining adheres to requirements provided by University Communications for Digital Signage

In addition to the policies and requirements shared on the Digital Signage website, the following policies are in place for Campus Dining:

  • Please submit a slide request at least 7 business days in advance.

  • There is a 25% fee for cancellations made once a screen has been activated.

  • Bills are emailed out at the end of each month and payment is expected within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Payments may be made by check or departmental transfer.

  • The Campus Dining marketing team can design a slide for an additional fee of $20 per slide. The requestor must provide any logos, content, and photos. The marketing team will format it and make it visually appealing for display on Campus Dining screens.

  • Digital signage will not be available during semester breaks. 

  • All subject matter is subject to approval by Campus Dining and/or University Communications. Advertisements may be denied if content is deemed inappropriate. All signage should be appropriate for audiences of any age.  

  • Please email your request to dining@appstate.edu.

  • A reservation notice will be emailed to you once approved.
