Order from on-campus locations through Grubhub – the convenient way to order food for pickup. No waiting, no hassle. Your account can be directly linked to your meal plan/Dining Dollars, Campus Cash or any major credit card.

How to use Grubhub

Follow these simple steps to order pickup from your favorite on-campus dining locations.

  1. Using your mobile device, download the app in the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Set up your Grubhub account.
  3. Go to My Grubhub > Settings > Campus Dining > Select Appalachian State University and your school affiliation.
  4. Add your Banner ID number to directly link your meal plan to Grubhub orders.
  5. Pick default payment source.
  6. Place your order.
  7. Once your order is ready, Grubhub will send you a text notification.

AppCard not linking?

If you are having difficulties linking your meal plan or AppCard to your Grubhub account, try removing it as a form of payment and adding it back. If you continue to experience difficulties, confirm your meal plan is active and contact the AppCard Office.
