Campus Dining is an integral part of the Appalachian experience — fueling our community with fresh, flavorful meals, inclusive options, and a commitment to sustainability. As a self-operated program within the university, every decision we make is focused on what’s best for Mountaineers.

From all-you-care-to-eat dining halls like Central and Trivette to cafés, markets, food trucks, and mobile ordering through Grubhub, we offer a variety of ways to eat well and on your schedule. Our Bake Shop provides fresh baked goods daily, and Nutrislice makes it easy to filter menus by allergens, dietary needs, and lifestyle preferences.

Sustainability guides our work, from composting and food recovery partnerships with the Hunger and Health Coalition to local sourcing and ReUsePass containers that reduce waste.

Campus Dining is the largest student employer on campus. And because we’re 100% receipt-supported and receive no state funding, every meal purchased directly supports our mission and the Appalachian community.
