Meal plan swipes and Meal Exchanges reset early every Saturday morning. Unused meals don’t roll over. You can use a Meal Exchange as an All Access Swipe by checking in at any venue’s greeter station. View your balance, history, and plan details anytime in the Transact eAccounts app.
Meal Plan Options
Meal plans are available to any student living in a residence hall or off campus.
First-year, residential students may be required to purchase the All Access 7 or Weekly 14 Meal Plan, as indicated in their housing contract.
All Access 7
$2,814 per semester
Unlimited, All Access Visits 7 days/week
$250 Dining Dollars per semester
- Unlimited visits seven days a week at our All Access venues.
- Covers 100% of your meals and snacks each semester.
- Includes five Meal Exchanges per week.
- Includes five guest visits per semester.
Available to any student living in a residence hall or off campus. First-year students are required to purchase the All Access 7 or Weekly 14 plan.

- A good fit for students who eat an average of two meals per day on campus.
- Unused visits do not roll over from week to week.

All meal plans include a combination of All Access visits and Dining Dollars:

- Vending machines throughout the campus

Dining Dollars roll over from fall to spring semester but expire at the end of each academic year. Dining Dollars from Block Plans will continue to roll over if used at least once per semester.

- Students who have Meal Plans that are not Block Plans need to select "quarter/semester " in the drop-down menu for accurate balance information.
- Students with block plans to view their balance select "yearly" from a drop-down menu to see accurate balance information when pulling up your eAccounts.

Estimating cost of attendance? The Office of Student Financial Aid uses the All Access 7 plan to calculate cost of room and board. Residential students will select their meal plan in their housing contract.
How to Purchase a Meal Plan
Students living in residence halls choose a meal plan option when they complete their housing contract. Students and their established guests may view account selections, transactions and balances through their eAccount login.
Students living off campus that would like to add a meal plan may choose a meal plan option by submitting the Meal Plan Change request form (for the specified semester). When chosen in advance, meal plans will be ready to use automatically at the beginning of each semester. If the link for the Meal Plan Change Request form is no longer active. Please contact the AppCard Office directly to add a commuter meal plan.
To change your meal plan please submit a Meal Plan Change Request Form. This "Meal Plan Change Request" form link is available for the upcoming or current adjustment period only. The deadline to change meal plans is the Census Date of each semester. The link to the request form can also be found on the AppCard Office website until the Census Date deadline of each semester. Additional information regarding meal plan changes can be found in the Housing Policies. Please note it can take 7-10 business days to process meal plan changes.
