Celebrate National Nutrition Month with Campus Dining

App State Campus Dining is celebrating National Nutrition Month this March with a series of engaging events designed to help students explore how food fuels their bodies, minds, and routines.

Centered around this year’s theme, “Discovering the Power of Nutrition,” the month-long celebration combines interactive experiences, educational pop-ups, and chances to win Dining Dollars.

Opportunities to join the celebration:

Share your Powerful Plates | March 2–27
Snap a selfie with your favorite Campus Dining meal, submit it and share how it powers your day, and you'll be automatically entered for a chance to win $20 Dining Dollars. Photos can be taken at any Campus Dining location.

The Mindful Meal | March 4, 5–6 p.m.
Crossroads Coffee Shop, Plemmons Student Union
Enjoy a free meal while registered dietitians walk through mindful eating strategies focused on balance, awareness, and overall wellness.

Q&A Café Pop-Ups
Stop by to ask questions, get practical nutrition tips, and fuel up with a free snack.
