2025/26 Meal Plan Options
Meal plans are available to any student living in a residence hall or off campus. Plans include a combination of All Access visits, meal exchanges and Dining Dollars to use at retail locations.
All Access Visits and Meal Exchanges reset each week early Saturday morning. Dining Dollars on All Access or Weekly plans roll over from fall to spring semester but expire at the end of each academic year. Dining Dollars and All Access visits on Block plans will continue to roll over until graduation if used at least once per semester. Students can monitor their balance using the Transact eAccounts App.
Meal plan swipes and Meal Exchanges reset early every Saturday morning. Unused meals don’t roll over. You can use a Meal Exchange as an All Access Swipe by checking in at any venue’s greeter station. View your balance, history, and plan details anytime in the Transact eAccounts app.
First-year and Residential Students Plans
First-year, residential students may be required to purchase the All Access 7 or Weekly 14 Meal Plan, as indicated in their housing contract. Select the plans below for details.
All Access 7: Unlimited All Access visits per week
$2,814 per semester
Includes unlimited visits seven days a week at our All Access venues.
Includes $250 Dining Dollars per semester.
Includes five Meal Exchanges per week.
Includes five guest visits per semester.
Covers 100% of your meals and snacks each semester.
Weekly 14: 14 All Access visits per week
$2,430 per semester

The following plans are available to any continuing student living in a residence hall or off campus. They are not available to first-year students.

The following commuter plans are available to any continuing student living off campus. They are not available to students living on campus. These plans remain active and roll over each semester until a student graduates, as long as the plan is used at least once per semester.

Summer Meal Plans
The following flex plans are available to students during the summer and remain active through the spring semester. Students living in residence halls will choose a meal plan option when they complete their housing contract. Students living off campus should contact the AppCard Office directly to add a summer meal plan. If you’re enrolled in both Summer 1 and Summer 2 sessions, you only need one meal plan to cover the full summer. Please note that any unused visits will expire at the end of the academic year and do not roll over.

Use your meal swipe for a preset combo at participating retail locations or as an All Access swipe when you check in at the greeter station.
Dining Dollars
Dining Dollars can be spent at any of our retail dining locations, coffee shops, markets, food trucks, vending machines or to pay the door price at our All Access dining halls.
Rollover
Dining Dollars roll from fall to spring and expire at the end of the academic year. Dining Dollars tied to Block Plans continue to roll over until a student graduates if used at least once each semester.

Estimating cost of attendance? The Office of Student Financial Aid uses the All Access 7 plan to calculate cost of room and board. Residential students will select their meal plan in their housing contract.

How to purchase a meal plan
Students living in residence halls choose a meal plan option when they complete their housing contract. Students and their established guests may view account selections, transactions and balances through their eAccount login.
Students living off campus that would like to add a meal plan may choose a meal plan option by submitting the Meal Plan Change request form (for the specified semester). When chosen in advance, meal plans will be ready to use automatically at the beginning of each semester. If the link for the Meal Plan Change Request form is no longer active. Please contact the AppCard Office directly to add a commuter meal plan.
To change your meal plan please submit a Meal Plan Change Request Form. This "Meal Plan Change Request" form link is available for the upcoming or current adjustment period only. The deadline to change meal plans is the Census Date of each semester. The link to the request form can also be found on the AppCard Office website until the Census Date deadline of each semester. Additional information regarding meal plan changes can be found in the Housing Policies. Please note it can take 7-10 business days to process meal plan changes.
