Definitions

Plant based - Used to refer to ingredients and food themselves. Could also mean vegan or vegetarian dietary patterns.  Everything served at Terra Verde is vegan or rather, "plant-based." 

Plant forward - A style of eating that emphasizes and celebrates, but is not limited to, plant-based foods that reflect evidence-based principles of health and sustainability. 

About Terra Verde

Meaning "green earth," Terra Verde is a plant-based concept that serves creative and classic vegan menu items for diners who have a plant-based or plant-forward diet. Our culinary team is dedicated to bringing you flavorful, satisfying dishes inspired by trends and fan favorites. Terra Verde menus are always fresh (and not pre-fabricated), housemade, and vegan.
