Plant forward - A style of eating that emphasizes and celebrates, but is not limited to, plant-based foods that reflect evidence-based principles of health and sustainability.

Meaning "green earth," Terra Verde is a plant-based concept that serves creative and classic vegan menu items for diners who have a plant-based or plant-forward diet.
