Meet Jonathan Firmin, Chef de Cuisine

We are thrilled to welcome this Virginia native to our team! With more than seven years experience at the local Stick Boy Bread Co.’s Kitchen, Chef Firmin has been a celebrated addition to our Campus Dining community. He remains organized, energized and excited to work with his culinary team, students and cooking events. His energy in the kitchen can only be matched by his stage presence as musician, enjoying and playing music from many genres including folk, classic country and jazz in his free time. His Bride-to-be is also an avid Mountaineer, working on Boone’s campus, and both enjoy our year round outdoor activities. His time with App State began with studies in Applied and Public History and continues with culinary excellence at Campus Dining’s Rivers Street Cafe!
