As Pastry Chef for Campus Dining, Charlotte supervises the Bake Shop and helps create all the delicious treats featured in the dining venues throughout campus.
Originally from Winston Salem, Charlotte graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Charlotte, NC campus of Johnson & Wales in 2006. She moved to Boone shortly after graduation. She worked as assistant Pastry Chef at Stick Boy Bread Co. for five years and was most recently employed at Grandfather Golf and Country Club.
Charlotte enjoyed baking from a young age and loves that her passion is also her career. She enjoys being outdoors as much as possible and spending time with friends and family as well as reading cookbooks and drawing in her free time.
