Jon has worked in the food service industry since 2005.  First working at restaurants while attending East Carolina University, Jon has a wide range of experience – from delis to fine dining.  Before joining the Appalachian Campus Dining team, he was a chef at Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, NC. 

He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping.
