Campus Dining prides itself on cooking, preparing, and serving healthy options at all of our dining venues as well as our Market locations. We encourage all students to check our online menu where they can find all the options available in the dining venues for the upcoming week. Each of our dining venues has a unit manager on duty at all times who can answer questions about specific dietary needs, and Executive Chef Jules Bott meets with students and guests to help them navigate dining choices.
In addition to these efforts, Campus Dining has added stickers to packaging for Vegan items in our markets to clearly identify Vegan-friendly items. Our goal is that these stickers make your dining experience as stress-free as possible by helping students quickly identify vegan choices that will meet their dietary needs.
